The Centre-in-Charge can play an important and responsible role in maintaining quality control. The Centre-in-Charge can motivate his/her Teaching Personnel to bring about and maintain quality control. A motive is an inner state that energizes, activates, moves and directs or channels behaviour towards goals. The purpose of motivation is to create conditions in which people are willing to work with zeal, initiative, interest and enthusiasm, with a high personal and group moral satisfaction, with a sense of responsibility, loyalty and discipline, with pride and confidence, in a most cohesive manner, so that the goals of both, the individual and entire group, are achieved effectively.

ASCII computer centers are running at several schools and colleges, where there are lot of other activities and other staff members who may not be directly connected with the computer centre. The Centre-in-Charge can play an important role by creating an atmosphere where the working of the computer centre can benefit from all the good aspects of the school or college, including its other staff members and the Principal, and in this manner a Synergic Benefit can be obtained by all.
