Practice makes man perfect
and it is true that every individual desires perfection in his/her particular field.
Ascii provides a lot of practice in this area. It gives us an opportunity to achieve a high standard of perfection, by conducting different activities such as Computer Day , Computer Club , Comp Quiz , Computer Project ,Compu talk, etc .
The presentations held on Saturdays teach us to handle an audience and our stage fright. They also help us to improve our confidence level and our communication skills.
Full co-operation of coordinators and the friendly environment prevalent at ASCII, makes it possible to handle every difficult task in a cool and professional manner.
One of the areas in which ASCII specializes, is that it not only makes us aware of areas in which we are lacking, but it also provides proper guidance, to enable us to overcome our shortcomings and achieve success in meeting our professional and personal goals.
At ASCII, we meet different people, having different views. We learn to not only understand and respect different viewpoints, but also to adapt and accept different viewpoints.

The emails on the yahoogroups are also very enjoyable. It is very gratifying to see how members of the organization share their views, thoughts and even knowledge in a very informal and impartial manner.

However, I would like our staff members to understand that suggestions and opinions given during presentations are to help them improve and excel, and not to demean them. Such suggestions should be accepted sportingly and should not be assumed to be personal insults. Also I would like the management of our organization to appreciate and encourage the staff, when tasks assigned to them are completed on time and in a correct manner. Our syllabus too should be modified, so that it is easier for the students to understand.

ASCII teaches us that no one knows what he can do, until he tries.
ASCII is the name which shines brightly even in darkness.
ASCII is like a best friend because only your best friend can bring out the best in you.
ASCII teaches us how to be trustworthy.
ASCII teaches us understand another’s needs.
ASCII shows care when we are in need.
ASCII is the sun which makes our future bright.
ASCII supports us whenever we are right.
ASCII holds us when our confidence level falls.
ASCII makes us feel special.
ASCII gives us a reason to work hard.
ASCII teaches us how to be honest.
ASCII wants us to be cheerful.
ASCII makes us think.
ASCII teaches us to be healthy in our thoughts.
ASCII teaches us how to forgive and why to forget.

A lamp can never light another lamp unless it continues to burn itself ……so if you want to be a role model for someone, treat yourself as a lamp …
