Compu talk competition was held on 3rd March 2006 by the team of Gamadia Girls’ High school on behalf of Advanced School of Computer Information India Pvt. Ltd.
Events like the ‘Compu Talk Competition’ are a very important opportunity for students, because knowingly or unknowingly they are increasing their knowledge and memory power, which is very beneficial in future .We are updated with new information in day to day life. "Having opinions without knowledge is not of much value; not knowing the difference between them is a positive indicator of ignorance."

The competition was started at the schedule time. The chief guest of this event was Mrs.Irani, principal of Gamadia Girls’ High School. Judges were Mr. Mukesh Vispute, Education Manager ASCII Pvt. Ltd. Mrs. Yasmeen, Resources Manager ASCII Pvt. Ltd and were welcome by the hostess.
Let me now tell you about this event Compu talk….It is something exciting fun – filled and nail-biting event. Participation’s would speak on the topic which they will just pick form a lot and will prepare for the topic within 20 minutes. None of the teams has prior knowledge of what the topic they would be speaking on. The judges will evaluate each team on the manner in which the topic is presented, the knowledge level, and the oratory skills of the speakers. As well said, "Today knowledge has power. It controls access to opportunity and advancement."

The team was divided into three groups according to their school houses: ROSE, JASMINE, and LOTUS.

Two categories: junior’s and seniors.
The team will come on stage according to there houses. First junior’s followed by seniors.

It is real amazing to hear the conversation about the day to day technology. "Memory is the cabinet of imagination, the treasury of reason, the registry of conscience, and the council chamber of thought."

As coming to an end of this competition we are blocked with full of knowledge. As the judges busy in calculating and coming up with conclusion Miss Bhagyashree of STD VII refreshed everyone by telling few jokes based on computer as it was a day for talking only about computer….
Finally, the winners were announced by the computer staff and prizes where given by the honorable judges.
